Spica Cast Clothing for Babies and Toddlers

Our Spica Cast clothing is designed specifically for babies undergoing hip dysplasia treatment in a spica cast. Traditional baby clothing is not made for this level of immobilization, which can make dressing and diaper changes extremely difficult.

Little Hippy Co. creates adaptive garments that open fully and accommodate the unique shape and size of a spica cast. This allows caregivers to dress and care for their baby more easily while maintaining comfort and reducing stress during recovery.

Made in Canada from soft, breathable bamboo fabric, our clothing makes everyday care more manageable during this challenging stage of treatment.

How It Works

  • Top-leg zipper access allows for easier diaper changes without full undressing
  • Extra stretchy waistband is designed to fit comfortably over the cast without pressure
  • Wider leg openings accommodate the cast shape without pulling or restriction
  • Flexible, high-stretch fabrics support movement around rigid cast positioning
