SHIPPING POLICY
At Little Hippy Co., we aim to provide clear and transparent insights into our shipping policy and fulfillment process.  Please review the following information about shipping prices, delivery times, and customs/duties fees before placing your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES 
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  Shipping times and prices can vary depending on your location and the required delivery speed.  International shipping may have increased shipping times. 
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 

HOW OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package, and your destination.
If you qualify for our free shipping threshold (free shipping on orders over $150 within Canada and $200 within the USA before all taxes), this will automatically be applied at checkout. 

COMMUNICATIONS & ORDER TRACKING 
After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase.  Once your order is processed, we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order.  

Please note, we do our best to provide options for shipping to our customers.  Lower cost options may not include third-party tracking of product.

Shipping Exclusions
At this time, Little Hippy Co. products are only available within Canada, the USA, Mexico, Switzerland, South Africa, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand (some restrictions may apply).

Sleep products are only available within Canada. 

International Shipping to the USA

Customs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees Little Hippy Co. is proud to offer duty-free shipping to our customers in the United States. Following a formal binding ruling from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, our adaptive garments are classified as specialized medical articles (HTSUS 9817.00.96) and are exempt from standard import duties.

Important Notice Regarding Recent Legislative Changes: Effective August 2025, changes to U.S. "de minimis" thresholds (Section 321) have resulted in increased formal entry requirements for all shipments entering the United States.

  • Brokerage & Border Fees: While our products enter duty-free, customers may be responsible for any brokerage fees, carrier disbursement fees, or administrative border charges applied by the courier for the preparation of customs documentation.

  • Processing Delays: Due to the removal of de minimis exemptions and the requirement for more detailed customs filings, shipments may experience longer than average processing times at the border. These delays are managed by federal customs agencies and are unfortunately beyond the control of Little Hippy Co.

  • Documentation: We do our absolute best to ensure that all digital and physical documentation is completed to support our duty-free status and facilitate a smooth crossing. However, should any additional local taxes or unexpected border exactions be applied, these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

By placing an order with Little Hippy Co., you acknowledge that you are the Importer of Record and agree to cover any fees assessed by customs or the carrier to complete the delivery to your door.

DELIVERY

When Will I Get My Order?

Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies can vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package;
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us at leah@littlehippyco.ca with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
