Little Hippy Co. is the only North American brand of custom pants and pajamas for infants and children being treated for hip dysplasia. Our adaptive hip dysplasia clothing makes the lives of parents and caregivers easier, allowing them to focus on the health and wellbeing of their Little Hippy.

Made in Canada, each of our pieces were created with love and comfort in mind.  Our custom pants and pajamas are designed to accommodate pavlik harnesses, abduction braces, and spica casts.

Little Hippy Co. uses only natural bamboo fabrics to ensure our pieces are breathable for use with braces such as pavlik harness or rhino cruiser with plenty of stretch for growing infants.

Our designs ensure parents aren’t left behind without stylish clothing options for their hip babies, and never compromise on quality.

Great fit and great quality - a gift

When our baby was first diagnosed with hip dysplasia, we had no idea what we would dress her in. We ordered these loungers the same day she was put in her harness. In a time when everything turned upside down, these brought us our first real sense of normalcy. They’re super cute, great quality and fit beautifully over our daughter’s Pavlik harness. We liked them so much, we ended up ordering 3 more.
